Purple chip

Purple chip stock is a kind of stock in Hong Kong which is both blue chip (Hang Seng Index Constituents) and red chip (China-affiliated companies incorporated in Hong Kong) stock listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is easy to understand the name since purple is the mixed colour of blue and red.
