Talk:Punk dance
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is biased. Whoever deleted the additions about punk dancing not being about violence is perpetuating a violent stereotype of the punk culture. This article makes punk shows sound like barfights, which they are not by any means. Shame.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ianlarson (talk • contribs) 22:22, 24 Oct 2006 (UTC)
- Hehe, big wonder. Qouting: "There's punk "dancing," which to many observers looks like a soccer riot." `'Míkka 02:56, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Moshing
I'm changing the term Moshing to Pitting. No self respecting punk would refer to it as Moshing. That is a Metal style of movement. --FACT50 19:16, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
- I reverted it because your assertion, while possibly true in your town, is not universal. I've never heard or read the term pitting anywhere, from any type of source. Spylab 20:20, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
