  1. As the primary poster for the film that is the subject of the article, this image serves as its primary identifying illustration.
  2. It use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the film in any way.
  3. The image is of lower resolution than the original poster (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
  4. The image is being used in a solely informative way and does not detract from the film.
  5. Iconic image. In the hard print version of the newspaper article Hagestadt, Emma; Hirst, Christopher. (November 29, 2003) The Independent 50 best books to buy for Christmas Section: Features; Page 4, they discuss "CINEMA TODAY, EDWARD BUSCOMBE" in which they write, "This epic survey of post-1970 cinema is possibly the most addictive film book ever published.
