Puff Puff

Puff Puff is also known as a Nigerian doughnut and is a Traditional Nigerian Recipe. Puff Puff could possibly be compared with certain types of doughnuts and the traditional spanish delicacy, Churros. Puff Puff dough batter consists of flour, yeast, sugar, butter, salt, water and eggs. After administering certain techniques it is ready to be fried. Fry until one side is golden brown and repeat with the other. After frying it is suggested that the Puff Puff is rolled in sugar.
