The Puff-throated Bulbul (Alophoixus pallidus) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Cambodia, China, Laos, Burma, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
