[edit] Contributions to Public Safety

Hi, I don't mean to nit-pick, but I think this topic needed an overhaul. There were also a lot of spelling errors. I think the topic will be much clearer to the general public now.

I removed this sentance:

However in the preventative sense "public safety" must be the priority of all those who, in any way, engineer circumstances for others.

As it seems to be stating someone's point of view. However, if there are some studies which could be cited suggesting that many non-public organizations contribute to public safety then they should be added. Or, specific examples.

[edit] merge

I'm not even sure what the purpose of these two articles are besides a place for links and lists and maybe a dictionary definition; Public Security doesn't even offer a definition. There's no evidence that these are specific concepts that have any meaning beyond what the two individual words mean in combination. At the very least, they should be merged. bobanny 17:42, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

On second thought, I'm going to change my proposal to deletion rather than merge. bobanny 22:40, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
