Publius Cornelius Lentulus Scipio was a prominent Roman senator during the reign of Tiberius. He was a divisional commander in 22, consul in 24 and later a senator. He married the elder Poppea Sabina, the mother of the younger Poppaea Sabina, the future wife of Nero.
He was also the father to a younger Publius Cornelius Lentulus Scipio who was a prominent Roman senator during the reign of Nero and consul in 56.
