Ptychadena tournieri is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Ivory Coast, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Senegal, and Sierra Leone. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
