Ptychadena mahnerti is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Kenya and possibly Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, pastureland, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
