This is a picture of the Dual Analog Controller (US version) offered by Sony for the PlayStation 1. Note the dished joysticks and much longer handles than the original controller or DualShock(tm). The markings on the back are "ANALOG CONTROLLER" and the model number is SCPH-1180.
