[edit] Name

I changed the name back from Aurelius Clemens Prudentius to Aurelius Prudentius Clemens. This is the standard naming order in scholarly literature, e.g. in Lewis and Short's A Latin Dictionary, and is also the order in which the name is presented in the two critical editions of the text of Prudentius, those of Bergman (1926) and Cunningham (1966).

I provided more information about the life of Prudentius. I found further information in books about his life and what may have influenced his later works. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.126.207.51 (talk) 05:01, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
