[edit] Prudential demutualization case study
I added an external link to my Prudential Case Study analysis of their demutualization. While slightly opinionated and written in 2001 (during the demutualization process), it is factual. Information was derived from their own demutualization documents, now no longer available on their website. (I maintained copies.) Another editor should review for appropriateness. 2*6 23:15, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Discussion
- Shouldn't there be some reference here to the 1990s scandals chronicled in Kurt Eichenwald's book, Serpent on the Rock? --Christofurio 00:20, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- It does seem a rather odd omission. This was one of the largest financial scandals in US history, and it's not even mentioned? As well as the book mentioned, you could start from this NYT search 60.242.130.196 08:26, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
- agreed, considering the scope of Prudential's fraud, it should merit at least a paragraph. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.106.161.223 (talk) 07:33, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
