[edit] "Doomed", doomed!
"While scrapping unemployment benefits will be tough for the West, it may spell doom for many people in the East" I think this needs rewording as it sounds rather melodramatic. Some quotes or forecasted figures would also help, anything to explain in which way the people would be doomed! "... who think it will be catastrophic for them." Some sources would be good here, preferably quotes if poss. Also, why not put this information on Hartz concept? Saintswithin 19:30, 2 Feb 2005 (UTC)
