[edit] Politcial party?

Nice little article. An NGO can quailfy as a political party, as implied by Promena's mention in Marijuana political parties? Laurel Bush 14:46, 13 July 2006 (UTC).

• Well actualy Promena Movement has political aims (everything connected with government of society has political aspect) but technically Promena is not political party. It's registered by Law of juridical persons with no trade aims (sorry about translation of title - i'm doing my best). For the political parties in Bulgaria has special Law of Political parties. They are kind of juridical persons with no trade aims, but very special. Only juridical persons registered by this law has a right to participate in elections in Bulgaria, and has property "Political Party" in Bulgaria. Kaligon 13:10, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
