The cleanup template can be removed, I think. The grammar is impeccable (better than most encyclopedic articles even), and the text overall as it is needs only a few very minor edits.
[edit] On second thoughts
Consider the paragraph starting with 'To keep them in control . . .'. This appears to be an exact transcription from the novel text, with maybe an annotation or two. Maybe someone with access to the book can clean _this_ up and format it as a quotation?
