I have reviewed the article and made the following changes. Should evidence be presented and referenced to these sentences then please feel free to add them in again.

“minority white government” - this is not about the minority white government and serves no purpose in this article.

“, but by the mid 1980s research was being done into CBW for the purpose of assassinating the enemies of the regime” has been removed. There is no cited evidence of this.

Removed "hastily scrapped, lest they fall into the hands of the new ANC government" from sentence

“With the end of Apartheid, South Africa's various weapons of mass destruction programs were hastily scrapped, lest they fall into the hands of the new ANC government.”

This is clearly POV with the "lest" - where is this evidence?

Assassination of enemies was explored and there is evidence to support it however it cannot be kept in this article until some evidence is shown and referenced. What the ANC has to do with this I don't know - according to the NTI has concluded that it is difficult to assess the potential proliferation threat posed by WMD programs, even years after they have been officially terminated and dismantled thus meaning it isn't possible to confirm that the ANC hasn't been involved in the proliferation of what the previous government achieved in its research.
