Properazzi.com is an online real estate search engine. Launched in March of 2007 by Yannick Laclau, it allows users to search and view property listings for sale and rental properties across Europe. It is funded by Mangrove Capital Partners, best known for backing Skype, an online telephony provider. Users search for property by using keywords or a visual map. The map is a Google Maps mashup, showing where property is listed. Properazzi also allows users to view listings in all European languages and currencies. On March 19, 2007 Properazzi was chosen as a finalist in Red Herring (magazine) 100 Europe 2007 Awards for business innovation.
