Proper Cornish Food Company

The Proper Cornish Food Company is a producer of traditional Cornish Pasties. They are based in Bodwin, Cornwall. It was founded by Phil Ugalde, Dave Pauling and Chris Pauling in 1988. They supply Pasties to the Brewers Fayre chain of restaurants as well as to Supermarkets and Wholesalers.
