Proodeftiki F.C.

Proodeftiki FC is an historical Greek sports club based at Korydallos. The club was established in 1927. Today it has a football club playing in the Greek Fourth Division, and basketball and volleyball teams playing at regional (Piraeus) tournaments.

The football club has the reputation of a "tough" team, both for their playing style and their fun attitude. They have had the same coach for the last 5 years: Soulis Papadopoulos, who has introduced a fighting spirit, and excellent defensive tactics and the same owner, Giannis Karras, for more than 15 years. The 2006-2007 season Proodeftiki has one of the worst seasons in the club's 80 year history and would be relegated to the Third Division. However, due to bankruptcy, they relegated to Greek Fourth Division.
