The Project management divide is the difference between organizations that are well-managed and those that are not. Project management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in a manner that can complete all the work required in the project within the scope, time, cost and defined. A project is a temporary effort, unique and progressive, undertaken to create a product or service also unique All that we are dedicated to Project Management know the advantages of it (greater efficiency, lower cost and timeliness) and we know how necessary it is to compete in this global world. For some time now, companies are more interested in the Project Management, aware of the improvements they can make to reduce costs and meet delivery dates of projects, there are still many companies and organizations that are not even aware of the improvements they can make the Project Management, is completely unaware of the Project Management. This reality is creating an inequality in the business world "the Project Management Divide".

The first thing is to learn to know what and how it can be useful to my organization. It can go to the PMI (Project Management Institute), PMI is a professional association for project management nonprofit that is present throughout the world.
Once we know the advantages that the Project Management gives us the next step is to implement, implantation is not easy, but the benefits far outweigh the effort of implantation. For the implementation it is best to have professional support.
