Proggy award

Proggy award is a yearly prize awarded by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to individuals or organizations dedicated to animal welfare or who distinguish themselves through their efforts within the area of animal welfare. 'Proggy' stands for progress here and there are about 36 categories under which individuals and organizations are recognized and appreciated for their efforts towards reducing animal cruelty and inhumane methods of animal treatment.
