Profit Point is a supply chain optimization company based in Massachusetts, U.S.A. It was founded in 1995 by Alan Kosansky and Jim Piermarini, two supply chain and optimization experts who met while working at Rohm and Haas Company, a Fortune 200 chemical manufacturing company. Profit Point delivers supply chain optimization solutions across a breadth of industries and functions.

Profit Point helps companies optimize their businesses to manage variable operational conditions, including supply, distribution, manufacturing, scheduling and routing. Profit Point clients include such Fortune 500 companies as Bridgestone Firestone, The Coca-Cola Company, Dole Food Company, Inc., Exxon Chemicals, Georgia-Pacific and Major League Baseball.
Profit Point's supply chain optimization software include: Profit Network, Profit Vehicle Router (PVR), Profit Scheduler for Distribution and Profit Scheduler for Meetings.
