Probate is a download only single released by UK band The Others on the 24th March 2008. The single received a positive review from the independent magazine The-Mag. The song lasts for over eight minutes which is not the conventional length of a single.
The single is taken from the bands second album Inward Parts which was praised as "better than their debut [which itself achieved 8/10 in NME.

The-Mag, the UK's biggest independent magazine, gave the single 8/10 quoting it to be "indie music with a dangerous bite!"
