Description

Projectionist in the projection room of the Elgin Talkies cinema hall in Bangalore. Elgin Talkies is oldest cinema hall in operation in bangalore. The building was build in 1896, the year cinema was introduced in India by the Lumiere Brothers. According to the projectionist, the projection equipment currently used dates from 1930.
