This image is used on the page [[[Project Condign]] as an object illustration of the topic that is being discussed. The image is a low grade scan of a document that contains no commercial information and has no commercial value, it was also made freely available to the public on 15 May 2006 under the Freedom of Information act and thus the Crown will sustain no loose nor degradation of commercial interests by its limited use on Wikipedia.
