The description of Dorgeles' book seems overly harsh, given the information presented in the article. Was it merely a "jingoistic pamphlet" or was it a novel of actual literary merit that, as it turns out, was very patriotic? 86.164.58.149 18:59, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Is the Prix Goncourt for the best novel written in France or for the best novel written in French? For example, could a Quebec writer win it?
