Prior appropriation water rights. First life is born with prior appropriation of finite water rights. Natural free flowing lymphatic rivers are naturally moving fluid systems providing plant Earth with a drainage system for salts and minerals released in the evolutionary respiratory and alimentary process of a living solar organism upon which man has evolved and named planet Earth. Synchronistic with Earth the harder man exerts himself the hotter he becomes and the more water he needs to replenish his bodily fluids exhausted as toxic, acidic, sweat, concentrated to body odor.
Earth is perishing, material man is insatiably locked in a conjugal mindset allocating Earth water as his prostitute for personal and material pleasure regardless of the above stated prior appropriated rights. Man has yet to realise, comprehend or accept that Earth is a living emotional, sensitive organism with a response rate in scale to man. Owing to scale Earth is one enormous single living cell with its own nucleus, cytoplasm and mitochondria, just too large for our tiny minds to accomodate in a physical relationship, spiritual relationship is free of such limits. We achieve a microscopic view by traveling our eye out in space, at a distance Earth disappears as if a grain of sand with us becoming microscopic fungal spores, close up, vice versa the view is limited to the mental horizon of our focus, as was discovered when Christopher Columbus challenged the prior mental appropriation of water rights at some perceived edge to the sea.
All germinations are conceived with a prior appropriation of water rights as given with life itself within DNA the maternal womb and the developing placenta accepts the supply organically given there for life sustenance. To the same manner all other living species evolved from this prior given right to water and thrived or perished according to availability of supply. It can transport bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells.) lying stagnant in the drainage lines, this lymph needs to be flushed out to the sea for dilution and evaporative distillation, whilst solids fertilie nutrition for the ocean flora ,promoting lush grazing for fish, native stock of the sea. Cycling in a sustainable return, nitrogen enriched from hovering storms across the wide lands once more to flush away earths salty perspiration from lands brow.
