The current Art.378 seems to be about something different and there is nothing on privilege in SECTION III : PRODUCTION AND DISCUSSION OF EVIDENCE (Art. 323 to 346) [1]. Hope that someone can clarify current position. Cutler 15:40, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
