Pringá

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Pringá is a Spanish dish which is particularly popular in rural Andalusia. It consists of roast beef or pork, cured sausages such as chorizo and morcilla, and beef or pork fat that is slow cooked for many hours until the meat falls apart easily. To eat, people break off pieces of crusty bread and use it to pull away a little meat, sausage, and fat. Then, they mash the bread in the meat and enjoy. It is a social dish eaten around the family dinner table.[1]
