A free image exists at the Commons (Image:121k.jpg), and the image of Prien dining with Hitler adds no extra information to the biographical article. Pilatus 21:35, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

That's rather like saying a picture of JFK getting shot doesn't add anything to a JFK article where we have a free image a Wikipedian took of him at an airport. Prien dining with Hitler clearly demonstrates his position within the Reich, that he was held in some esteem, and is a non-reproducable photograph.
