Description
English: Photo of sculptor Linda Christensen carving the likeness of Carver County Princess Kay of the Milky Way pagent finalist Amy Esselman in butter at the Minnesota State Fair, 28 August 2007. The signs on the back wall read: "Each sculpture is carved from a 90 pound block of Real butter. The temperature inside the booth is 38 degrees [F, 3.333 degrees Celcius]. Each sculpture takes about 6 - 8 hours to complete. After the fair, each princess takes her sculpture home." and "Today's Princess: Amy Esselman of Carver County"
