[edit] Fair use for B movie

This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DCGeist) believe it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. it is a low resolution copy of a movie poster;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film or poster in any way;
  3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork on another poster; and
  4. the image adds significantly to the article because it illustrates (a) a significant B-budget sci-film by Shane Carruth, one of the most heralded low-budget films of the era and (b) the marketing of such movies during the historical period as discussed in the accompanying text.
