I'm sorry, I just don't "get" what the problem is. This is a small article written in a NPOV about a resource available to the amateur radio community in Long Island, discussing its availability to present IRLP and its assocation with Smithtown Amateur Radio Service. I provided external links for verification. I TRIED to provide categorization and even though I added it, "uncategorized" preceeded the vslid categorization. I don't know what "notability" means despite many reads to your articles. As clear as I'm sure you feel the explainations are, they're just missing my cranium.

Notable? How about an open resource where Amateurs can access the world-wide network of IRLP as well as participate in volunteer emergency communications. It's not a unique repeater, but the concept- an individual building a system at his own expense for the benefit of others- certainly is uncommon in the world today.

So, if you could suggest SPECIFIC ways to keep the article in, I would appreciate it.

The article WR2UHF has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
