These are my criteria for RfA...
[edit] To get my support you must...
- Good user interaction
- Must have at least 1000+ edits (may varied depending on the quality of contributions)
- Have a firm grip of policy (which is shown by answering the RfA's questions)
- Must specialize in at least one thing (like vandal fighting, article building etc.)
- Never do anything that is listed on my oppose below.
- Been to Wikipedia for 2 months under your account
I'm fairly lienant toward RfA so I will rarely distribute out "opposing" views.
[edit] You will get a firmer support from me if you...
- Specialize in 3 things
- Use edit summaries 100% edit of the time
- Have a sense of humor! (If you think this is rediculous, think again. Admins who are humorous will likely lighten up conflicts, which is good.)
(None of the stuff listed above as "firmer support" is required for my regular support in RfA.)
[edit] I will oppose if...
- You do controversial editing (edit warring, advertising your RfA, canvassing, AfD trolling etc.)
- You are blocked multiple times
- You are currently sanctioned by the ArbCom
- You have an extremely long signature
- You vandalize
- You abuse sockpuppets
- You have not been here long enough/not enough edits (again may varies depending on the quality of edits).
- Lack policy experience.
