I propose that this page be moved to Presidency of Theodore Roosevelt, as articles (a, an, the) should not be included in an article title unless they are found exactly in the title of the topic (e.g. called A Tale of Two Cities, but the Odyssey). I'm not a wikipedia expert (so I don't know how to tag this page), but this article has poor encyclopedic syntax. There's too many normative claims-sans-warrants, and too few neutral statements of fact.
