Please put to AfD. This sounds like it could be a real term used in strategic studies or military logistics. I have no idea, but it sounds sort of a kin to all the socially constructed terms in finance and accounting. So maybe AfD would not be a bad idea. --Emesee (talk) 23:22, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
