PremiumBulletinBoard (PBB) is a free forum system written in the PHP programming language and operating using a MySQL database. The name "PBB" is an abbreviation of "Premium Bulletin Board".

Currently PBB is a basic forum system including posting and replying, but work has begun on more advanced features such as login, admin control panel, web template system, and translation system.

Development began on June 8, 2006 and the first working version of PBB went online June 19, 2006 when PBB [pre-ALPHA] became functional with minimal features.
