Premio Paolo Mezzanotte

The Premio Paolo Mezzanotte is a Group 3 flat horse race in Italy for four-year-old and above thoroughbred fillies and mares. It is run over a distance of 2,000 metres (approximately 1ΒΌ miles) at San Siro Racecourse in late May or early June.
The race was inaugurated in 2004.
