[edit] Non-denominational Section

Needs clean up or removal. Poor quality.

I actually found this helpful, but I would be interested to know of other types of prayer beads and which religion/practice uses them. Photos are helpful.

[edit] Terminology

Is the term "rosary" correctly applied to non-Christian prayer beads? Either way, it would be nice to explain this explicitly. -- Beland 19:22, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sikhism

I'm afraid I'm rather unfamiliar with many of the tenets of Sikhism. Can anyone provide a sourced explanation of why Sikhs use 108 prayer beads/knots? Peter Deer (talk) 06:02, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Nazarene?

What on Earth is the Gnostic Nazoreans? I'm a scholar of religion and I can't even figure out what that nonsense is. em zilch (talk) 03:49, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
