Prahran is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Prahran, on the Sandringham railway line. Prahran is classed as a Host Station and is in Metcard Zone 1.

The station is located at the southern end of the Greville Street level crossing, which also provides platform access. Chapel Street is a short walk from the station. It is also near Swinburne TAFE, just a few minutes walk from the station.
The station consists of two side platforms. The main station building is on platform 2, of older style brick construction. Platform 1 is served by a plain styled and newer brick building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.

Prahran station originally opened on Saturday, 22nd December 1860 as Greville Street. It was later renamed to Prahran in 1867.
