Kyle Todd is not a football player. Its vandalism. —Preceding unsigned comment added by NecroAnubie (talk • contribs) 19:56, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
Is kyle todd a famous person? I have my doubts. Drewboy64 03:07, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
Two comments... first, is it worth mentioning Rick Nash as a resident? Afterall, he plays for the CBJ. If you listed every CBJ player who has lived in Powell or near it, you'd have a constantly growing list. I know Ron Tugnutt lived right off Jewett Rd when he played here and the list will continue to grow.
The other thing is a small typo... the range of home values listed says "from 50,000 to 900 million" ! I think there's one too many commas and a set of zeroes there.
