Could there be a page 'persistence of vision' which refers to the effect used by various devices to create text from a single line light source? note - am not voluteering at this stage... 00:20, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

Are we deliberately avoiding mention on the WP policy on POV? Is it a policy to avoid such links? If so, why?DGG 04:09, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
