[edit] I Remember You

I noted that you seemed to think that the Johnny Mercer/Nat Cole, the Doris Day, and the Frank Ifield recordings of "I Remember You" were 3 different songs. They aren't, so I merged the references and created the appropriate article. I suppose you aren't familiar much with the way the music business used to be, when a songwriter would write a song and it might be recorded by dozens of singers over the years. -- BRG 13:48, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

Glad you were happy with my changes. Unfortunately, some of the fans of the "newer" music get very upset when I make changes to their articles to reflect the existence of the older stuff. No, I'm not a fan of Skid Row; in fact I never heard of them or their "I Remember You" until I ran into your articles while trying to untangle some references in my own articles. I'm much more into 1950s music. -- BRG 15:58, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
