A set of four types of Bézier curves, parametric curves important in computer graphics: (1) a linear curve, (2) a quadratic curve, (3) a cubic curve, and (4) a quartic curve. Modern computer fonts use Bézier splines composed of quadratic or cubic Bézier curves to create typefaces. Click on each image to see the associated animation, or view all at once.
