- I emailed the uploader asking him for details about how he got the images. His reply was: "These are free pictures that I found on the Internet." Deleting the image on the basis that they are probable copyvios. Tabercil 22:57, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

- Comment: Source of image appears duly stated by the uploader. The claim by the uploader of no photographer attribution in this type of source is entirely credible. And it's not a high-resolution image, thereby making it easily convertible into fair-use if credible evidence is presented to the contrary. ... Kenosis 02:20, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe it could be fair use, I don't know how rare the subject is. But my question was whether just having no photographer identified makes the copyright lapse 50 years after publication, which has not been resolved. Calliopejen1 19:29, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
