Not deleted - flickr licenses cannot be revoked - the source image was confirmed at Commons to be under a free license and as such, we can continue to use it under that old license. --B (talk) 02:58, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

The original Flickr image is licensed cc-by-nc-sa-2.0. Need comments for fair use as the building was destroyed on 11 September 2007. Jusjih 02:31, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

You mean keep the image here, but with or without nc? If with nc, fair use will be needed for downstream commercial users. Meanwhile, commons:Image:World Trade Center Observation Deck New York City 1999.jpg is under regular deletion nomination as well. I cannot find image licensing history from Flickr, but if anyone can prove that it was ever licensed under cc-by-2.0, I will withdraw my nominations here and on Commons.--Jusjih 19:12, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
