No hard evidence of this one, but the user has had copyright issues in the past, there's little description of when it was taken, and there's no metadata here whatsoever. In any case, it's worth a second look. If this is a bad image, please make sure to go through the right steps at the French Wikipedia, because it's uploaded there as well under the assumption that it's free.
