Hi, I just placed an ad on Ebay #9516068494 to sell a postal note that was in my father's collection. Dundas MN. is a very small community in MN. and imagine my surprise to see from a $25.00 price tag to see it go to over a $100.00 in 24 hours. How high do these go and why aren't they in the postage stamp books? I've learned a lot from his collections but your article was the most informative. Thanks for making this available.
