It is the result of an early experiment in electronic content delivery via the Internet and has succeeded in becoming a leading publication of interdisciplinary thought on cultural experience. Occasionally, the journal will feature special issues centered on a specific theme within the arena of postmodernism. The editor is Dr. Eyal Amiran of University of California-Irvine.
The journal is published three times a year by Johns Hopkins University in September, January, and May. Its electronic ISSN (E-ISSN) is 1053-1920.
