Nine-day-old d-TGA + VSD, neonate; one day post-operative (Jatene procedure). Intubation in left nostril; NG tube in right nostril; internal thermometer in mouth/throat; bandaged median sternotomy on chest (open sternum); EKG leads on chest; pacemaker on abdomen-side; IV drip in left hand.
